This episode talks with Dr. Koopman, a UNCW professor of marine lipid physiology. Dr. Koopman is leaving for the Bay of Fundy on Wednesday, May 4th to conduct a research trip on lobster egg characteristics of aging lobsters. Throughout the interview Dr. Koopman discusses her projected research plan and her other interests in the field of physiology.
