Inside the Brewing Process at Front Street Brewery

Essentially, this podcast is about Front Street Brewery, a restaurant located in downtown Wilmington, and its brewing process. As a former employee at FSB, I learned a significant amount about beer and how it's made. For this podcast I met with both the head brewer, Kevin Kozak and the assistant brewer, Kelsie Cole. Aside from a formal introduction, the brewers discussed the main flagship beers offered year round at FSB, the necessary steps and ingredients used during brewing process, their favorite beer, and insight into a typical day of work.
