This podcast is a summary of the Natasha Trethewey Q&A that took place during Writer’s Week on the UNCW campus. The Q&A session had only about fifty seats so a summary that highlights the most influential points that were expressed by Dr. Trethewey would be extremely valuable. She is the poet laureate of the United States and a former Pulitzer Prize winner so anyone that may have missed the session because of a prior engagement or just may not have heard that she was coming that week would have a taste of what the session was like.
